Listing Specialist

Listing Specialist candidates must have a minimum of 4 years outside sales experience, 2 of those years in residential Real Estate.  Our Team is systematic & fast-paced. If you are a team-player & thrive in this type of environment, we are looking for you!  Kelly will share her strategic approach to getting homes sold faster & for a higher price than the average agent. Through training, the Listing Specialist will learn the dialogues necessary set appointments with potential Sellers & get the listing. For the right candidate, the opportunity to leverage our existing systems, staff & reputation will result in a high number of listings taken & sold. The primary focus will be to contact (daily prospecting / min. two hours per day) and meet with Sellers, establishing an expected selling range, getting the listing agreement signed & negotiations.  All the details are handled for you so you can get more listings!

Sales Development Specialist (aka ISA :: Inside Sales Agent)

Responsible for: Developing business and nurturing relationships within specific geographies served by The KELLY+CO Team.  Achieving productivity, appointment setting & revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold-calling. Primary duties include outbound calling & inbound lead-capture, txt & e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying & selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.  Must LOVE the phone (you will spend 80%-90% of your day on the phone). This is not a “work from home” position, you will work from our office in East Cobb, GA. Our ideal candidate is magnetic, aggressive, highly disciplined, high energy, influential, systematic & people-oriented.  Currently we have an 8am-2pm position available & a 1pm-7pm position.  If you're interested in more hours, let us know (i.e. 8-5, etc).  This is a GREAT way to be in Real Estate, make great money & NOT have "Agent" demands & hours.

Logistics Coordinator (Field Service)

We are looking for an organized individual to handle our field work.  Duties include: placing / picking up signs & lockboxes at our listings, placing directional signs, under contract signs, open house signs & delivering packages to potential clients.  Assembling of client packages, gifts & ordering supplies as needed.  Misc. office administrative duties as needed.  Keeping digital spreadsheet of inventory, hours & mileage, so some computer skills will be necessary.  Misc. errands as needed (i.e. post office, office supplies, etc.).  This position is a part-time contract position, currently approximately 25 hours a week.  Most pick-up and deliveries are Monday – Friday, and packets & marketing materials during the rest of the week.  The occasional weekend may be needed & must be willing to work flexible hours as needed with a min. of 20 hours per week & have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record & enough space in vehicle to handle signage & some staging materials, as needed.
